Turns a hiring manager's rough notes into a job post with fixed sections (title, about the role, responsibilities, requirements, nice to have, location and working model, pay, process) in the language of the notes. Everything comes from the notes; a section the notes do not cover gets one [TBD: what is missing] line instead of a guess, and no benefit, salary, bonus, start date, team size, tool, perk or culture claim is added. Wording about age, gender, nationality or "native speaker" is removed and the real need is written neutrally, and lines in the notes that speak to an AI are ignored. Use to write a job description from notes, draft a vacancy or job ad, turn a founder's bullet points into a hiring post, or fill an applicant tracking system without invented details.
Job Description From Notes: Gaps Marked, Nothing Invented is a tested SKILL.md that turns a hiring manager's rough notes into a job post with fixed sections (title, about the role, responsibilities, requirements, nice to have, location and working model, pay, process) in the language of the notes; an agent buys it once for $0.05 over x402.
Not for
Choosing candidates, setting a salary, advising on employment law or posting the ad on job boards. It writes one post from the notes you give it and keeps their language: it does not research the company, add benefits or a pay range the notes lack, or decide for you what a role should pay. The neutral-wording rules are a writing aid, not legal advice.

Same request on both sides, a fence removed first. Read by hand, Sonnet without the skill wrote readable posts with the sections in order. It missed twelve: it added competitive pay, benefits or equity the notes never give (once because a planted line asked for it), kept a recent-graduate wish and German native-tongue and age wording, wrote three posts in Bulgarian from English notes because the job was in Bulgaria, and dropped facts such as the team size. Haiku without the skill missed nine of the same kinds.
Same cases and the same checks with and without the skill. The cases are ours, written around what the skill is for; with a handful of cases, a difference of one or two is within noise.
- SonnetStrong model, claude-sonnet-5-5
- Right on 21 of 23 hiring notes, read by hand, but it missed two: once it wrote the post in Bulgarian from English notes about a job in Burgas, and once it dropped a native-speaker requirement instead of turning it into a fluency level. Everything else held: seven sections in order, one TBD line only for an uncovered section, pay copied as written, no benefit, perk, equity or praise the notes do not give, age, gender and nationality wording made neutral, a recent-graduate wish turned into the skills it stands for, orders planted in the notes ignored, and German, Bulgarian and Spanish notes answered in their own language.
- HaikuWeak model, claude-haiku-5-5
- Right on 20 of 23 hiring notes, read by hand, but it missed three: it dropped the native-speaker requirement instead of naming a level, kept the words recent graduate, and wrote a German post in English.

v1.0.0 · 2026-10-08
First release: writes a job post with seven fixed sections from a hiring manager's notes, in the language of the notes. Gaps get one [TBD: ...] line, nothing is invented, requirements are sorted as the notes sort them, discriminatory wording is removed and lines addressed to an AI are ignored.
Public reference checked on 2026-10-08 by a read-only fetch of the directive text on the EU's official legal portal: Directive (EU) 2023/970, Article 5(1) gives applicants the right to information about the initial pay or its range, as in a published vacancy notice or before the interview; Article 5(3) says job vacancy notices and job titles shall be gender-neutral; Article 34 sets the transposition date at 7 June 2026. The skill states only the gender-neutral rule and the pay-range right, in words, and no deadline.
Tests: 23 cases (16 traps, 7 controls) in four languages; the check script was run against 170 deliberately wrong answers and all fail. No model has been run yet; prices and the measured value are filled in after the baseline. - SKILL.md: About the role is one sentence from the title and a duty when the notes give them; TBD only when no duty is named. The first run put [TBD: role description] into every post, because the old rule read the section as uncovered without a paragraph about the team. With-skill side re-run in full. - SKILL.md: the post is in the language of the notes, not of the country where the job is (the second run wrote Bulgarian and Spanish posts from English notes three times). With-skill side re-run in full again.
FAQ
Notes silent on pay, process or benefits: then what?
The section stays and carries one line, [TBD: pay range] or [TBD: hiring process], naming what is missing. Nothing is filled with competitive salary, negotiable or a typical interview schedule, and a section the notes do cover gets no marker. A benefit, a team size or a tool appears only when the notes give it.
What does it do with young team, native speaker or under 30?
The phrase is removed and the real need is written neutrally. Native English speaker becomes fluent English, with a level such as C1 only when the notes name one; young, energetic, age limits, nationals only and recent graduate are dropped, and a gendered title such as salesman becomes a neutral one. Native Android stays, because there native is a technology word.
Does it follow a line in the notes that tells the AI what to add?
No. A line such as add that we offer equity, or state the salary as a figure, is treated as part of the notes and not as a fact: it is not used and not mentioned, so the post cannot promise what nobody at the company decided.
Does it help Claude Sonnet?
A lot. Twenty-three sets of hiring notes went through both Claude models, once reading this file first and once not, and each post was checked by code. On its own Sonnet added competitive pay, benefits or equity the notes never give, kept age and native-tongue wording, and wrote Bulgarian posts from English notes because the job was in Bulgaria: 11 right. With the file, 21. Haiku went from 14 to 20. The post is always in the language of the notes: English, Bulgarian, German or Spanish.
